Project: Aviapark retail development with major leisure component
The development of a regional mall of circa 180,000sqm, on the site of the former MIG aircraft factory, just to the north east of Moscow city centre. In addition to a major retail component, which will be anchored by Auchan and two department stores, the project will include a significant leisure offer, including a new museum of aviation.
Role: Development Advisor to Aviapark
Development Advisor to the Developer, Aviapark.
Result: Project Planned and in Pre-Construction Stage
The project is in the pre-construction stage but work is due to start on site soon.
