Project: Jumeira Gardens is the creation of a city within a City
The masterplan for the project involved the development of 220m sqm of built up area across a very large site in 'downtown' Dubai. It included all land uses and was, in effect, the creation of a city within a city.
Role:Strategic Retail Advisor on this Ambitious Development.
To devise a retail strategy for the entire site, incorporating malls, leisure shopping, souk shopping, local shopping destinations and new quality street retail areas.
Result: Project in Pre-Construction Phase
The project has not yet started on site.
