Project: High Profile Waterfront Leisure & Entertainment Destination for Abu Dhabi
The development of a high quality, waterfront leisure and entertainment destination for Abu Dhabi with supporting retail and catering facilities. The project will include an iconic hotel and residential development by MGM at the end of the main pier, (which will act as a counterpoint to Marina Mall at the other end of the Corniche), as well as a retail scheme, National Museum, other residential and a yacht club.
Role: Development Advisor to Mubadala and MGM
Development Advisor to Mubadala /MGM on the retail and catering element of the scheme.
Result: Project Implementation is Due to Commence
