Project: Morocco Mall, a new Shopping Mall on Edge of Casablanca
The development of a new 85,000 sqm shopping mall, on the edge of Casablanca. When completed, it will be the largest mall in Morocco.
Role: Commerical Development Advisor
To advise on the commercial aspects of design development and tenant mix.
Result: Under construction and opens late 2010
The project is currently under construction and programmed to open in late 2010.
